For the actual flower arrangement that you buy, we endeavor to be as close as possible to the one shown in the photo. Thank you for your understanding.

For Valentine's Day flowers, the orders will only be processed upon receiving full payment. Kindly contact La Florist for delivery charges.

Delivery Information

All orders placed before 12 pm, delivery on the following working day between 11 am to 6 pm within Penang only or on a date selected by you.

Delivery is only from Mondays to Saturdays excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Kindly contact La Florist for delivery charges.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Do you have same-day delivery for condolence/funeral flowers?
A: Yes, same-day delivery  is available. Please place your order before 12:00 noon cut-off time for your order to be delivered on the same day including weekends and public holidays. Kindly contact La Florist for delivery charges.

Q: How many delivery slots do you have in a day?
A: Currently, there are two (2) delivery slots in a day:
a) 9:00 am - 12:00 noon: Kindly place your order at least one (1) day in advance.
b) 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Kindly place your order by 12 noon on the same day.

Q: Do you call the recipient before delivery?
A: It is our practice to call the recipient before we deliver.

​

Q: Do I get to see the photo of my order?
A: It is our practice that we take a photo of your order once completed and another photo when we deliver it as proof of delivery. Both photos will be sent to you.

Q: What are your opening days and hours?
A: We are open 7 days a week including public holidays from 8 am to 8 pm.

Q: Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
A: The flower arrangement style and details in the photo are for illustration and reference only. The actual flower arrangement may differ slightly from the one shown in the photo. For the actual flower arrangement that you buy, we endeavor to be as close as possible to the one shown in the photo. We reserve the rights to substitute colours of the flower and accessories displayed and replace them with similar or higher value items.

Q: Why do I need to provide the recipient’s contact number?
A: We want to ensure a smooth delivery to the recipient. Therefore, we will call the recipient and make arrangements prior to the delivery. Our delivery personnel will call the recipient to receive the products or to get permission to pass the product to someone they know if they are not at the location.

Q: I want the surprise element when the flowers are delivered. What should I do?
A: We understand that this element is important to you. You can provide your phone number instead of the recipient’s phone number. Our delivery personnel will contact you instead. You can then inform the recipient when the flowers arrive at the designated location.

Q: Do you deliver right to the doorstep?
A: Yes, for landed properties or properties with easy access to our delivery personnel. For gated and guarded properties, if the security guard allows, we will deliver to the recipient’s doorstep. Otherwise, we will have to call the recipient to collect the flowers from our delivery personnel at the security guardhouse.

Q: Do you deliver to hospitals?
A: Yes. Our delivery personnel will deliver directly to the patient in the ward. Therefore, it is important that we must be given the correct patient’s name and ward number as hospitals will not reveal this information to us due to privacy. However, during Covid-19 times, some hospitals may not allow our delivery personnel to deliver directly to the patient. We can only leave the flowers with the concierge, nurse desk, or security guard. Be sure to check they haven’t been discharged before ordering!


Q: Can I pick a delivery date and time?
A: Yes, you can. You will need to order at least one (1) day in advance for us to arrange the delivery as per your request.

Q: Will my flowers be left if no one is at home?
A: It is our practice to call the recipient and make arrangements prior to the delivery. Our delivery personnel will call the recipient to receive the products or to get permission to pass the product to someone they know if they are not at the location.

Q: What are the areas you deliver to?
A: We deliver to Penang (Island and Mainland)

Q: Can I customise my order?
A: Yes, you can. It depends on the type of flowers that you need. Some seasonal flowers may not be available at the time of your order.
