For the actual flower arrangement that you buy, we endeavor to be as close as possible to the one shown in the photo. Thank you for your understanding.

For Valentine's Day flowers, the orders will only be processed upon receiving full payment. Free delivery in Penang Island only and delivery charges apply for Mainland Penang, Kulim, and other areas.

Delivery Information

All orders placed before 12 pm, delivery on the following working day between 11 am to 6 pm within Penang only or on a date selected by you.

​

Delivery is only from Mondays to Saturdays excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Free delivery for Penang Island only. Delivery charges apply for Mainland Penang, Kulim and Sungai Petani, and other areas.

Delivery charges: Mainland Penang RM10/bouquet, Kulim RM20/bouquet.  Kindly contact La Florist for delivery charges to other areas.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Do you have same-day FREE delivery for condolence/funeral flowers?
A: Yes, same-day free delivery only applies to Penang Island only. Please place your order before 12:00 noon cut-off time for your order to be delivered on the same day including weekends and public holidays. Delivery charges of a minimum of RM10 apply for Penang Mainland delivery.

Q: How many delivery slots do you have in a day?
A: Currently, there are two (2) delivery slots in a day:
a) 9:00 am - 12:00 noon: Kindly place your order at least one (1) day in advance.
b) 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Kindly place your order by 12 noon on the same day.

Q: Do you deliver flowers to other states besides Penang? 
A: Yes. At this moment, we can only handle delivery to Kedah and Klang Valley. Just place your order as usual and we will work with our counterparts in those states for the delivery.

Q: Do you call the recipient before delivery?
A: It is our practice to call the recipient before we deliver.

​

Q: Do I get to see the photo of my order?
A: It is our practice that we take a photo of your order once completed and another photo when we deliver it as proof of delivery. Both photos will be sent to you.

Q: What are your opening days and hours?
A: We are open 7 days a week including public holidays from 8 am to 8 pm.

Q: Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
A: The flower arrangement style and details in the photo are for illustration and reference only. The actual flower arrangement may differ slightly from the one shown in the photo. For the actual flower arrangement that you buy, we endeavor to be as close as possible to the one shown in the photo. We reserve the rights to substitute colours of the flower and accessories displayed and replace them with similar or higher value items.

Q: How much is the delivery fee?
A: Delivery to any location within Penang Island is free. Delivery charges apply for Mainland Penang, Kulim and Sungai Petani. The charges will depend on the distance from our shop.

​

Q: Why do I need to provide the recipient’s contact number?
A: We want to ensure a smooth delivery to the recipient. Therefore, we will call the recipient and make arrangements prior to the delivery. Our delivery personnel will call the recipient to receive the products or to get permission to pass the product to someone they know if they are not at the location.

​

Q: I want the surprise element when the flowers are delivered. What should I do?
A: We understand that this element is important to you. You can provide your phone number instead of the recipient’s phone number. Our delivery personnel will contact you instead. You can then inform the recipient when the flowers arrive at the designated location.

Q: Do you deliver right to the doorstep?
A: Yes, for landed properties or properties with easy access to our delivery personnel. For gated and guarded properties, if the security guard allows, we will deliver to the recipient’s doorstep. Otherwise, we will have to call the recipient to collect the flowers from our delivery personnel at the security guardhouse.

Q: Do you deliver to hospitals?
A: Yes. Our delivery personnel will deliver directly to the patient in the ward. Therefore, it is important that we must be given the correct patient’s name and ward number as hospitals will not reveal this information to us due to privacy. However, during Covid-19 times, some hospitals may not allow our delivery personnel to deliver directly to the patient. We can only leave the flowers with the concierge, nurse desk, or security guard. Be sure to check they haven’t been discharged before ordering!


Q: Can I pick a delivery date and time?
A: Yes, you can. You will need to order at least one (1) day in advance for us to arrange the delivery as per your request.

Q: Will my flowers be left if no one is at home?
A: It is our practice to call the recipient and make arrangements prior to the delivery. Our delivery personnel will call the recipient to receive the products or to get permission to pass the product to someone they know if they are not at the location.

Q: What are the areas you deliver to?
A: We deliver to Penang (Island and Mainland), Kulim, and Sungai Petani.

Q: Can I customise my order?
A: Yes, you can. It depends on the type of flowers that you need. Some seasonal flowers may not be available at the time of your order.
